Rosslyn Bay Harbour to be DREDGED for B2K 2012!

Keppel Bay Marina announced to the 2011 B2K entrants that the harbour was set to be dredged in 2012!

“We are pleased to announce that after much negotiation and lobbying, we have secured a commitment from TMR to dredge both the entrance to Rosslyn Bay Harbour and the access channel to Keppel Bay Marina before the 2012 Brisbane to Keppel Yacht Race,” announced Keppel Bay Marina General Manager Kylie Smith.

This is great news for the fleet which will enable the deep draft boats to take part in the race worry free.

For the 2011 B2K Race, Keppel Bay Marina announced the following:

“We have reserved marina berths for all yachts from Saturday 6th through to 12noon Tuesday. All yachts are invited to stay free of charge for these 3 days.

If any yachts would like to stay on beyond Tuesday, please contact Krystal to extend your booking. We are experiencing high demand for berths in coming weeks, so please contact as soon as you know your plans so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
